This is useful when you need to send a large PDF document by email or fax, or download it to your device or cloud storage, when your internet connection is unstable. You don’t have to install additional software or switch between multiple apps — all the functionality for compressing a PDF online is available in your account.
Start by uploading a PDF to pdfFiller. Click ADD NEW and choose how you’d like to add a PDF to your account. Don’t forget that you can find a fillable PDF in our online library of 25 million documents. Ask your teammates for a specific PDF or create your own document from scratch.
To make a PDF smaller, split it into several documents. Select the PDFs you want to compress in the pdfFiller dashboard or in the folder where you store them, and click Split.
Split the pages of your large PDF into separate documents. These new documents will be saved as a downloadable ZIP file.
