Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.

Solidly good... but a little difficult to change fonts and the annoying text box that asks if you want to uncheck something often blocks the next thing you need to check.

I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.
