Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.

As Gil Silberman says, you are free to change it arbitrarily whenever you want. So the practical answer is: you'll want to replace your State Driver's License/ID card with your new signature, and then go to every bank where you have an account and update your signature on their records. That's probably it.
As a service standard, FedEx requires a signature on all deliveries. However, in some circumstances you can allow FedEx to leave your package without a signature. Please Note that a shipment is only left without a signature in FedEx' sole discretion.
If you are not home to sign for your package, a door tag will be left at your door and the driver may reattempt delivery. To avoid missed deliveries, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager where you will be able to sign electronically or give special instructions for delivery.
FedEx obtains a signature in one of three ways: (1) from someone at the delivery address; (2) from someone at a neighboring address; or (3) the recipient can leave a signed FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present. The fee for Indirect Signature Required is $1.50.
UPS My Choice TM members can sign online for eligible packages before a scheduled delivery. If the sender has specified that an adult signature is required, you cannot authorize delivery release online. You can, however, redirect it to a UPS customer center.
The post office now allows customers to sign for and accept a delivery, using their MyUSPS.com account to provide online authorization. The postal worker can then leave the package at their door during regular delivery hours with a recorded signature.
Direct Signature Required: FedEx obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, we reattempt delivery. Adult Signature Required: FedEx obtains a signature from someone at least 21 years old (and possessing the required government-issued photo ID) at the delivery address.
Therefore, FedEx may deliver FedEx Express residential, FedEx Ground® residential and FedEx HomeDelivery® shipments without a signature.
