Great for using templates I work in real estate investment and handle documents and other forms that are basically fill-ins for our tenants. PDF Filler has to make the job 300 times easier because it will add space or make everything look like its in its right space. It makes filling out a document legibly easy and fast so you then can be more productive in your work day. There are similar programs that allow you to do the same thing it might change spacing, or other aspects of a document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You thank the customer for his request. Make sure you're clear about declining the request. Mention what you can do. Reaffirm your answer at the end.
Genuinely hear their request. Focus on what you CAN do. Be gentle and provide next steps. Don't waste time, but don't burn bridges either. Decline with gratitude. Offer alternatives. Position yourself as the expert. Be clear, transparent and upfront.
Explain how you offer more value than other options. Add more value than they were getting. Ask the client why the price is an issue. Agree, but change the terms. Ask what they feel would be an appropriate discount.
Let the customer know you understand his or her position or that you have given his or her complaint serious consideration. Present an explanation of why you are unable to approve his or her request. If possible, offer the reader an alternate plan or suggest a compromise. Close on a positive note.
Be honest. They don't say that honesty is the best policy for nothing. Prepare yourself. Do it face to face. Stick with "I" statements. Know that what you're feeling is normal. Avoid putting it off. Don't give false hope.
Do it over text. When being rejected, a man's ego is getting bruised. Don't take back your rejection. Even if he keeps messaging you, don't let that change your mind. Don't re-initiate communication unless you're serious. I don't care if you're feeling lonely and want someone to comfort you.
Don't give your friend hope. Ask your friend how he or she is feeling. Give your friend some space. Set some clear boundaries for yourself. Try to reestablish your old routine. Don't discuss the situation with mutual friends. Don't hide your interest in someone else (but don't rub it in, either)
Trapping Him Into The Friendzone. Assure Yourself That He Is Just A Friend. Tell Him About A Boy You Like -- Show That It's Not Him. Do Not Dress Up Too Much When You Meet Him. Set Physical Boundaries. Emphasize The Importance Of Your Friendship. Avoid Going Out On A Date With The Boy. Friendzones Are Not Priorities.
Be nice to the girl. Tell her straight up. Don't expect her to be your friend. Don't flirt with this girl. Take her feelings into consideration. But feel free to talk about other girls. Tell her about your ex-girlfriend. Make friendzoned girl feel good.
Be transparent about why you're declining the request. Provide a consolation prize. Offer to stay in touch and help at a later date.
Use I Statements, Not You or We If you have decided to decline extra work, be sure about both your motives and your level of confidence. Be Honest, Clear and Swift. Follow the Golden Rule.
You are allowed to swap shifts with an associate ahead of time. Call ahead of time , let supervisor know you have a situation, an can't make it to work. You would need to switch with someone or ask someone to work it for you. Find your own replacement.
Thank your boss or colleague for offering you the assignment. Assignments typically come with responsibility. Explain why you are unable to take on the assignment at this time. Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout. Suggest an alternative solution.
Genuinely hear their request. Focus on what you CAN do. Be gentle and provide next steps. Don't waste time, but don't burn bridges either. Decline with gratitude. Offer alternatives. Position yourself as the expert. Be clear, transparent and upfront.
